There was a 5 minute delay in dispatch by Northampton County. 27 Command had advised there was a working fire in the kitchen area behind the fryers. Fire had extended up the wall to the roof area. 2311 responded with a crew of 5 and was ordered to stage in the lot until they were given an assignment. 2713, 2721, 2743 and 2412 were already on scene and operating upon arrival. The fire was contained to the fryer and vent area and under control shortly. There was no extension to the roof area and P.P.V. was used to ventilate the structure. |
| 2006-026 April 20, 2006 - 1612 hrs. 110 Browns Drive Williams Township | Dispatched with Station 28 for a working brush fire. 28 Command advised they had a 3 to 5 acre brush fire which began in the yard of this address from a controlled burn. 2311 responded with a crew of 5 and was ordered to the Saylor's Lane access to the fire. The fire was advancing rapidly up the mountain side. Crews from Reigelsville (Bucks County Station 42) Southeastern (Station 62)and Steel City (Station 63) worked down the mountain and contained the fire. The fire was declared out and 2311 was released at 1924. 5 firefighters stood by at our station with 2312. |
