N.C.R. reported extension into a tree. 2311 responded with a crew of 5 and arrived 2nd due behind 2712. 2311 supplied water to 2712. The fire was knocked down and kept flaring back up due to a fuel line break. 2713 arrived and applied foam and a powder extinguisher was used to extinguish the fire.
